Most GLS Parcel Lockers are available 24/7, thanks to their convenient locations. You have 5 working days to collect your package by entering the PIN code provided in your notification. For locker pickups, Cash on Delivery (COD) payments can be made exclusively by bank card.

At GLS ParcelShops, you also have 5 working days to collect your parcel upon presentation of a valid ID. Regardless of the delivery method, parcels are delivered on the next working day following shipment.
