Can you provide information over the phone?

Is it possible to make a purchase without placing an order beforehand?
No need to worry, simply place your order online and receive real-time updates on your purchase status.
Is it possible to pick up the order in person?
No, it is not.
The bank card payment failed, what should I do?

If I order a product today, when will I receive it?
If you order a product that is currently in stock, we will dispatch it to you within the next working day. The shipment or delivery should be completed within 3 working days after dispatch.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
Our online store system displays a green tick for products in stock. Products that are available for ordering depend on the stock of our European wholesale partners.
Do you also ship abroad?
Only for companies: coffee shops, restaurants, HORECA in the European Union with an EU VAT number.
