Is it possible to make a purchase without placing an order beforehand?

No need to worry, simply place your order online and receive real-time updates on your purchase status.

 

Is it possible to pick up the order in person?

No, it is not.

 

The bank card payment failed, what should I do?

If I order a product today, when will I receive it?

If you order a product that is currently in stock, we will dispatch it to you within the next working day. The shipment or delivery should be completed within 3 working day after dispatch.

 

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Our online store system displays a green tick for products in stock. Products that are available for ordering depend on the stock of our European wholesale partners.

 

Do you also ship abroad?

Yes, in the European Union.
